What should I include?
Tell us which mod or project you need help with, what you expected, what happened, and anything you’ve already tried. Include the relevant version and server details when helpful.
Can I ask about a custom project?
Yes. Choose “Purchase enquiry” and describe your idea, the assets involved, and what you need it to do.
How do I get help with whitelisting?
Choose “Whitelisting” and include the mod name and the server or account details relevant to your request. Never send passwords or private tokens.
